All primary data is stored on U.S.-based infrastructure.

4. AI Processing & Third Parties
Inputs may be processed by enterprise-grade LLM infrastructure providers. We contractually require:
- No public training usage.
- Encrypted enterprise-level API pipelines.
- No retention beyond runtime execution unless legally required.
We are not responsible for the independent data practices of these providers.
