  • Payment and subscription metadata (processed by Stripe; we do not store card details)

All primary data is stored on U.S.-based infrastructure.

4. AI Processing & Third Parties

Inputs may be processed by enterprise-grade LLM infrastructure providers. We contractually require:

  • No public training usage.
  • Encrypted enterprise-level API pipelines.
  • No retention beyond runtime execution unless legally required.

We are not responsible for the independent data practices of these providers.

5. Data Sharing

The platform may not be used in jurisdictions restricted under U.S. export control regulations.
