By accessing, browsing, or using SymposAI ("Sympos AI", "Sympos", "we", "us", or "our"), including by creating an account or using any features of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policy (collectively, the "Policies").

If you do not agree to these Policies, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Description of the Service

SymposAI is an AI-powered decision-support and debate platform that orchestrates multiple artificial intelligence agents ("personas") to generate structured debates, summaries, insights, and analytical outputs.

SymposAI is designed to assist users in exploring ideas and perspectives. It does not provide authoritative, definitive, or guaranteed answers.

3. Proprietary Systems Notice

SymposAI™, Computational Deliberation™, CC-CDES™, PCR Loop™, Cognitive Provenance™, and all underlying architectures, orchestration logic, scoring systems, governance templates, and validation pipelines are proprietary intellectual property of DYNA GUARD TECHNOLOGIES LLC ("DYNA GUARD").

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, extract, decompile, model-replicate, or infer system logic.
• Attempt "model-scraping," persona harvesting, prompt mining, or framework reconstruction.

Violation constitutes material breach and may result in statutory, contractual, and injunctive remedies.

4. No Professional Advice

All content generated by SymposAI is provided for informational and exploratory purposes only.

SymposAI does not provide legal, financial, medical, investment, ethical, business, or other professional advice. You should always seek advice from a qualified professional before making decisions based on information generated by the platform.

5. AI Interaction Disclosure & Decision Responsibility

By using SymposAI, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are interacting with synthetic intelligence systems.
• Outputs are generated using probabilistic inference and are informational only.
• Unless explicitly labeled Human-Verified, no output constitutes verified fact.
• All decisions made using SymposAI are solely your responsibility.
• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, conflicting, or outdated.
• The presence of multiple personas or debates does not imply correctness, consensus, or validation.

SymposAI is not responsible or liable for any decisions, actions, losses, or outcomes resulting from your use of the platform or reliance on its outputs.

6. AI Limitations

You understand that:

• Artificial intelligence systems can generate incorrect or misleading information
• Different personas may disagree or present contradictory conclusions
• Outputs are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be accurate

Human-in-the-loop controls do not eliminate these limitations.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Verify outputs independently before acting on them
• Not misuse, abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract models or system logic

You agree not to use SymposAI for:

• Fully automated decisions involving credit, housing, insurance, employment, or medical treatment without independent human review.
• Creation of deceptive synthetic media ("deepfakes") or identity-misrepresentation content.
• Activities that violate digital impersonation, fraud, or identity-protection laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Provenance & Accountability Safeguards

SymposAI embeds Cognitive Provenance™ tracking for claim lineage, persona challenges, evidence gating, and resolution states. However, provenance is an audit mechanism—not a warranty of truth.

9. Accounts & Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

10. Subscriptions & Billing

SymposAI offers free and paid subscription plans.

• Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Usage limits apply according to plan
• Refunds are subject to the stated refund policy

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

11. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, branding, and system architecture are owned by DYNA GUARD TECHNOLOGIES LLC.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the platform, you grant SymposAI a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the service.

12. Accountability Allocation

• DYNA GUARD does not validate real-world accuracy or outcomes.
• All interpretation, reliance, and decision execution remain solely with the user.
• Platform governance logic (PCR Loop™, CC-CDES™, Cognitive Provenance™) is designed to improve reasoning quality—not to guarantee correctness.

13. Limitation of Liability

• SymposAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, DYNA GUARD's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim. No warranties are provided for fitness for any particular purpose.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.

15. Governing Law

All disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with exclusive jurisdiction in Travis County, Texas.
